Shipping Information
Under normal circumstances, all orders are processed/fulfilled within 1 business day of the order date. From that point, the amount of time it takes to receive an order is dependent upon the shipping method selected by the customer. PLEASE NOTE THAT POKER CHIPS AND POKER TABLES ORDERS MAY TAKE UP TO AN ADDITIONAL 3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ORDER PROCESSING.

All orders are shipped via US Postal Service when possible. All orders are monitored/ tracked via U.S. Postal Service "Delivery Confirmation" service.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All international customers (outside of the United States) have the option to elect PRIORITY MAIL for an additional cost. If PRIORITY MAIL is not elected by a customer outside of the United States, poker-dude.com is not responsible for damaged items, lost items, or items not received.

Items not in stock may require an additional 5 to 10 business days for order fulfillment. You may contact our customer support team to find out whether an item is in stock. If requested, our customer support team can also provide an estimated re-stocking date.

Sales Tax (Indiana Residents Only)
The poker-dude.com corporate office is located in Indiana, therefore, we are required by law to charge 7% sales tax on products being shipped to an Indiana (United States) address. Indiana sales tax also applies to the cost of shipping. We do not charge sales tax to orders shipped outside of the state of Indiana.
